Terms & Conditions

1. Seller
This online shop is operated by Mark Bohle, Barcelona, Spain. Contact: info@markbohle.de.

2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through this online shop. By placing an order you accept these terms.

3. Products
All works are original artworks or limited editions. Slight variations in colour and finish are part of the artistic character of each piece and do not constitute defects. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colours may render differently depending on your screen.

4. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through the payment providers offered at checkout.

5. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Spain. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Any customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact info@markbohle.de within this period. Goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging where possible, within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The refund, including standard delivery costs, is issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

7. Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If a work arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and the packaging — we will find a solution (replacement where possible, repair, or refund).

8. Copyright
All artworks, images and content remain the intellectual property of Mark Bohle. Purchase of a work does not transfer any reproduction or commercial usage rights.

9. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

10. Liability
Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and except where liability is mandatory under applicable law. Statutory consumer warranty rights remain unaffected.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the buyer resides remain unaffected. If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
